If you would like to seek out of network reimbursement, a superbill can be provided monthly by request. Please contact your insurance carrier to determine if mental health services are included in your out of network benefits prior to your first session. It is your responsibility to seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Keep in mind that a mental health diagnosis will need to be provided to your insurance carrier for reimbursement as well. All clients will also be provided with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for full transparency of what to expect regarding your out of pocket costs to attend therapy at PAIR.

Self-Pay Rates*:
60-90 min comprehensive individual assessment: $175
50 min individual session: $125
60-90 min comprehensive couples assessment: $200
60 min couples session: $175
*Out of network payment is required on the day that services are rendered.
