Reset + Reconnect Couples Workshop
Saturday, September 26th | 10 am - 4 pm
Gray's Creek Community Building
3024 School Rd, Hope Mills, NC 28348
This workshop was created for couples who want to be more intentional in how they show up for one another — whether that means improving communication, reconnecting emotionally, or creating space to reflect on where you are and where you’re headed together.
This workshop is for you if...
-
You're managing schedules, stress, transitions, kids...and by the time you sit down with your partner, you're exhausted. Connection keeps getting pushed to "later".
-
You feel like life keeps pulling the rug out from under you. You're craving steadiness and something that helps you feel grounded together no matter what comes next.
-
Conversations with your partner are all about logistics and practicalities..the "deeper stuff" gets skipped, there's never a "good time to talk".
-
You don't want to wait until things break down in the relationship..you want to strengthen what's already there.
-
You work great as a team but you're missing the closeness, playfulness or vulnerability that you once had.
If this sounds like you, you're in the right place!
Throughout the workshop, couples can expect:
-
Guided conversations that support honesty and understanding and help build intimacy
-
Space to slow down and connect without distraction
-
Practical tools and somatic (body) exercises you can take back into daily life
-
A supportive, grounded environment — not pressured or performative
*Now while this workshop will provide participants with plenty of tools and skills, it is not a replacement for couples therapy and is not reimbursable through insurance
-
Workshop materials with tools and exercises designed with you in mind (Valued at $900)
-
Heavy refreshments and your non-alcoholic beverage of choice: tea, lemonade or water
-
In depth group discussion and activities led by Gottman-trained licensed professional counselors
Space is limited. Early bird pricing of $249.99 per couple ends July 15th
